Pasta Bar / パスタ専門店

12月になってしまいました！！速い！！
またまた全然ブログを書いていませんでした。

It’s already December!! Too fast!!I haven’t read this blog for ages again…

10月の話ですが、友達とパスタ専門店に行きました。
私はパスタが大好きです。お米の次に。

This is about October, My friend and I went to the Pasta bar. I love pasta! I love pasta next to rice.

記憶が曖昧（あいまい）なのですが、確かメニューは前菜1種類とパスタのみだったと思います。間違えていたらごめんなさい！けれども、色々な種類のパスタが楽しめるので、私のようなパスタ好きには天国です！私たちは２つのパスタを注文して、シェアしました。シェアするのは日本式です。
さて、パスタのお味は？と言うと…

I don’t remember clearly but I think, they only have an appetizers and pastas on their menu. Sorry if I am wrong! BUT you can enjoy various pastas and it was like a heaven for pasta lovers like me! We ordered the appetizer and two kinds of pastas, and then we shared them together. This is how Japanese do. By the way, do you know how their taste was?

また行きたいですが、今、オランダは部分的ロックダウンなので行けません。
今は我慢の時ですね。。

I would love to go back there but it is impossible due to the partial lockdown in the Netherlands. This is the time for patience…

A boat trip in Amsterdam ( Memory of summer days in 2020, Part 6.) / アムステルダムでボートトリップ (2020年、夏の思い出。その6）

8月末、先輩の誕生日会に招待してもらいました。
ご友人が所有するボートの上でパーティ！
バーで少し飲んでからボートへ移動しました。ウィルカムドリンクの手作りモヒートが私たちをお出迎え。嬉しい！

I was invited to a birthday party of a friend of mine. The party was going on a boat which her friend owned.
We moved to the boat after having some drinks at a bar. The welcome drink, Mojito (hand-made!) were waiting for us. Happy!

おつまみはこの日の主役による愛情たっぷりの手作り料理。
いつも気配りが素晴らしい彼女ならではのおもてなしで感動しました。

The birthday lady cooked and prepared all food for the guest. Every food was great and also I felt love for us from her. She is always attentive to everyone in a very subtle way, and it makes me impressed.

雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが、最高の時間でした。
準備をしてくださった先輩の旦那様にも感謝感謝です！

It rained off and on that day, however we had fantastic time. I would love to thank to her husband as he prepared this amazing party!

The authentic Jamaican food ( Memory of summer days in 2020, Part 5.) / 本格的なジャマイカ料理 (2020年、夏の思い出。その5）

アムステルダムに移住してから、ジャマイカ料理が食べられる店をずっと探していました。というのも、私はジャマイカ料理が大好きなんです！
そしてようやく見つけました。その名も「Reggae Rita’s」。「Water & Brood」というカフェで、木曜日から日曜日まで営業しているそうです。

I had been looking for a Jamaican restaurant since I moved to Amsterdam, because I love Jamaican food!
I found the one finally and it is “Reggae Rita’s”. They open from Thursday through Sunday at the café, “Water & Brood”.

ジャマイカのビール、レッドストライプも飲めるし、本場のジャマイカ料理が楽しめるし、最高でした。ここのオーナー、リタとのおしゃべりも楽しかった！彼女は日本へも行ったことがあるそうです。嬉しいな〜

You can drink a Jamaican beer, Red Stripe and enjoy the authentic Jamaican food there. Chatting with Rita was also fun! She said she has been to Japan. It made me happy.

最後に、、、2006年と2008年に行ったジャマイカ出張の写真を少しだけ。前職では音楽の仕事をしていたので、レコーディングやミキシングの仕事で訪れました。本当にいい経験をさせてもらい感謝です。
機会があったらまた行きたいな。

Before I go, I will share some photos which I took in Jamaica when I visited there for business trips in 2006 and 2008. I used to work in music industry and had opportunities to have recordings and mixings. It was full of momentous experiences. I hope to have some chance to visit there again.

Lebanese restaurant. ( Memory of summer days in 2020, part 4.) / レバノンレストラン (2020年、夏の思い出。その4）

8月のある日、レバノン料理を食べに行きました。
店の雰囲気も、料理も全てが最高で、本当にオススメです！
少しドレスアップして行くと、気分が上がっていいですよ〜

One day of August, I went to a Lebanese restaurant. Great ambience, amazing food and everything was fantastic! If you dress up little to go there, it should put you in a good mood more.

このレストランへ行く前に、日本在住でレバノン出身の生徒さんにどの料理がオススメか聞きました。代表的な料理として、タブーリサラダとファラーフェルを教えてくれたので、注文したのですが、さいっっっこうに美味しかったです。
もちろん、他にもいっぱい食べました。そして、レバノンワインも！美味しかった〜

I have a student who is from Lebanon and lives in Tokyo. I asked him what the signature dish was and he recommended “Tabouleh salad” and “Falafel”, so we ordered them needless to say. Well,,, I can’t say how delicious they were!!!
Of course, we ate the others and a lot. Lebanese wines tasted great as well.

思い出すだけでまた食べたくなります。リピート決定！
This photos make me want to eat them again… I’ll definitely be back!

この後は、3次会へと流れましたよ。実は、バーレストランで飲んでからレストランへ移動したのでした。まだまだおしゃべりしたいということで、またその店へ戻りましたよ。

After that, we moved to the after-after-party. Well, actually we stopped by a bar restaurant before the Lebanese restaurant, so we went back there again for chatting.

以前、この近所に住んでいたので、この店にはよく行っていました。
I used to live near by there and often went.

最後はもう写真もまともに撮れないくらい酔っ払ってしまいましたね。
ちゃんちゃん。

Well,,, I was little bit (?) drunk like I could not take a picture clearly.

The photos before I delete. / 消去する前の写真

スマホに入っている写真、皆さんはどのように整理をしていますか。
なかなか捨てられないし…ということで、7月にアムステルダム中央の街中で撮った写真をここに残しておきたいと思います。
大した写真ではないんですけどね。

How do I organize my photos on my phone? It is hard to delete all,,, so I leave some here, which I took around Amsterdam Centrum in July.
They are not so something special actually.
